Just a quick note to introduce you all to our new admin superstar, Emma, and perhaps reacquaint you with James’ father, Dale.
We found Emma just recently, and we’re rapt to have her on board. Emma is a bright and bubbly girl and is already offering some fantastic support to us here. Drop her a line to say hello and make her feel welcome; we’re sure that she’ll make you feel well looked after, too.
Dale will need no introduction for many of you but for newer clients, Dale is James’ father who once ran his own million-dollar accountancy firm before retiring in 2007. We’ve managed to lure him out of retirement and Dale now helps us behind the scenes with managing the workload and offering his considerable expertise to our staff training.
